Horlio Sub-processors

Horlio uses a limited number of trusted third-party service providers ("Sub-processors") to assist us in providing our Services. These third parties process data on our behalf and are held to strict data security and confidentiality standards.
A sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by Horlio who has or may have access to or process customer data (which may contain Personal Data).

Due Diligence and Contractual Safeguards
Before engaging any Sub-processor, Horlio performs due diligence to evaluate their privacy, security, and confidentiality practices. We enter into a data processing agreement with each Sub-processor that imposes data protection obligations no less protective than those contained in our own Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Updates to this List
As our business grows and evolves, the Sub-processors we use may also change. We will provide customers with at least 30 days' notice of any new Sub-processor appointments via email or an in-app notification.
